of 120 stamps with sheet margin around from the very scarce 2nd
setting. The more common 3rd setting has interpane ladders between
panes, this is the upper pane of the post office sheet - small
cross in NW corner - so plain bottom margin confirms. This setting
can only be identified from interpanneau pieces of panes. Very
scarce.
